Payment, shipping & refund
Terms of Sale:
1. Parties
The seller is Oda Norlund, hei.odanor@gmail.com
, +4798420517, 958509, and is hereinafter referred to as the seller. The buyer is the consumer who places the order and is hereinafter referred to as the buyer.
2. Payment
The buyer pays through the website via Vipps. The payment will be processed automatically, and the seller will be notified by email. If any issues or questions arise regarding payment, please contact the seller via email at hei.odanor@gmail.com

3. Shipping
The buyer chooses whether to pay for shipping of the item or to pick it up themselves at an agreed location at no extra cost. The item will be shipped by the seller within one week after payment has been completed, unless otherwise agreed.
4. Refund
The buyer is not offered a right of refund after payment has been completed, unless damage has occurred before or during shipping; see section 5, Returns.
5. Returns
If the item has been damaged before or during shipping, the buyer must provide documentation of this as soon as the damage is discovered.
The buyer then has two options:
1. A full refund (only the value of the item) if the buyer returns the item.
2. The seller sends a new item of similar value after the damaged item has been returned by the buyer.
There is no right of return for items that are damaged after shipping, unless the buyer can demonstrate a manufacturing defect in the product. If a manufacturing defect occurs, the buyer may choose between option 1 or 2 under section 5, Returns.
6. Complaint Handling and Dispute Resolution
Complaints must be directed to the seller within a reasonable time. The parties shall attempt to resolve any disputes amicably. If this is not successful, the buyer may contact the Consumer Council for mediation. The Consumer Council is available at phone number 23 400 500 or www.forbrukerradet.no
