Payment

This shop operates at the moment with a separate Vipps-payment system. Send me an email about the product you would like to buy, including the SKU-code, and we will work through payment and shipping from there. 

Paying through invoice will can also be an option.

Shipping

I am currently only shipping regurarly within Norway. Shipping to Europe or other can be discussed, please let me know in an email

Products can either be shipped with a shipping fee or picked up at Kroloftet, Oslo. Shipped products will be sent with tracking for guaranteed safety.

Refund

​Please note that if any damages has been caused during shipping please get in contact with photos right away. 

Then you can choose between:

•  A total refund (without shipping cost) if you send the product back. 

•  Replacement with another similar product of similar value, again with the damaged piece sent back. 

​

A refund will not be offered for damaged goods after shipping, unless a proven fault in the product in discovered.
